   • Mold contains the following four specimen cavities:

      1. D638 Type 1 Tensile Bar - 1/8" X 6 1/2" with both
          conventional & dual gating for weld line tensile tests.
      2. Izod Bar - 1/8" X 1/2" x 2 1/2
      3. Flex Bar - 1/8" X 1/2" X 5"
      4. 2 1/2" Diameter Disc .125 Thickness.

    • 3/4" Sprue Radius
    • 7/32" Orifice
    • Hardened Steel Cavities and Cores: 430SS, 46 -50 RC
    • Surface Polished to SPI A-3
    • Full Round Runners with Runner Shut Offs
    • Runner Shuts Off One or Any Combination of Cavities.
    • Shot Size: 2 oz. in polycarbonate
    • Platen Size: 8-3/8" X 9-0" (Actual mold clamp plate dimensions)
    • Mold Material: Hardened Steel
